"Great stay again but it's looking a little bit tired now"

The hotel is in a great position BUT it's getting a little bit tired now. The rooms offer everything you will need for your holiday.

The rooms need updating, they're a little bit tired now. The man who was sitting in reception one evening (not the security guard) was very rude.
