The hotel building is beautiful, surrounded by great nature, and my room was incredibly spacious, bright, and clean. I also thoroughly enjoyed the spa; the facilities are excellent, and the spa staff were so caring and attentive. I also have to commend the dedicated guest relations representative, who was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay

I was very disappointed with the food, which did not reflect the overall caliber of the hotel. Breakfast was the biggest issue. The meals lacked basic freshness and flavor, and several hot food items were served cold. Additionally, the tea and coffee were of surprisingly low quality, lacking any fresh aroma or taste. Overall, the culinary experience was a significant letdown

הכל, מקום מרגיע בחיק הטבע מקום נוח לצאת לטיולים בגבלה ושאקי ארוחת בוקר טובה, חדר מרווח ונקי, שירות מעולה.

Понравилось абсолютно всё! Разнообразные завтраки, для развлечения есть всё необходимое, очень чистая и ухоженная территория отеля. Хочу выразить особую благодарность нашему куратору Эльми. Из 10 баллов, 10.

Не плохо было бы иметь навесы на парковке. Уж очень сильно нагреваются автомобили под палящим солнцем.

Everything was excellent. We had a very relaxing stay. The rooms were clean, the facilities were great, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Special thanks to Elmi bey, who was always supportive and available whenever we needed assistance.

Everything met our expectations.
