Heating got broken during the stay but hotel staff provided imediate solutin with electric heaters and escalated issue to facility support that fix the heating problem within 24 hours

- great location, very central and walking distance everywhere - very comfortable, clean - there is parking possibility for free just next to the hotel - great stuff - good restaurant

- we were a bit disappointed with the breakfast. We hoped for a buffet but it was a la carte with mostly Bosnian options. The sizes and taste were good, just we were hoping for some more choice and healthy options - can get a bit loud from the restaurant
