Staff were excellent, helpful and very courteous. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice in teas, pastries and fruit

There was no holder for the shower 'hose' but the water pressure was class. If there was a holder so the shower could be permanent held up it would be great.

The breakfast had plenty of variety. The evening meal is also very good and we ate in the restaurant several times. The value for money is good too. Nothing is ever a problem for the staff. They go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.

The hotel has no lifts so it is important to advise the hotel if you need a ground floor room. One of our group hurt their knee prior to travelling and was unable to take the stairs. Immediately they were moved to a lovely ground floor room. Great customer service!!
