This hotel has some of the best staff I've encountered in a long time. My flight was canceled, and they were incredibly helpful, getting me a room late at night and bringing my key to me. They were kind and attentive throughout my entire stay. The hotel's central location was perfect, as I could walk everywhere. The room was also very spacious and clean.

The hotel was excellent, conveniently situated near the Sarajevo city center and within easy walking distance of all the tourist attractions. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was delightful. The staff were always helpful and eager to assist us. Special thanks to Arsalan, who made our stay exceptionally welcoming. Tarik was also very helpful and courteous. Thank you for making our family holiday so enjoyable.

Ornament Hotel & Apartment is conveniently located, within 5 minutes of walking to the Oldtown. The room is spacious, clean and wonderfully decorated with modern furniture. Shout out to Aslan, the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay a good one.

Nothing. All is good. Although if you are sensitive to sound, request for a room that is not facing the main road. The sound of vehicle could be inconvenient to some but for our family of 6, we had no problem at all and slept like babies.

Mediocre breakfast. You are probably better not paying for it and enjoying it in the town. The hotel has two separate locations in Sarajevo. Make sure you know which one you are staying in.

Super lokalizacja, wokół pełno restauracji, kafejek. Piękny i nowoczesny apartament, czysty z dwoma sypialniami idealny dla rodzin. Sarajewo wieczorem tętni życiem.

Trudno zaparkować samochód, ale obsługa była pomocna w tym zakresie. Śniadania lepiej zjeść na mieście, w hotelu bardzo słabe.
