Restaurant staff and staff in general were awesome!

Clean , small hotel , no rush

- The room did not have a telephone, which meant that whenever we needed assistance or had a request, we had to go down to the reception desk physically! - The receptionist ( nice woman ) was frequently absent from the reception desk. Whenever we needed assistance, we had to ask other staff members to locate her, which was inconvenient! -The glass-floor elevator was unsettling, particularly for children. My young daughter was very frightened when she looked down through the transparent floor during the descent and nearly burst into tears. - There was no room service, and the receptionist was the only staff member available. When we reported a large, unsecured mirror that posed a safety concern, we had to go to the reception desk and request assistance in person.
