Parking garage close and affordable, staff friendly and available, quiet rooms even though on a busy street, updated decor but still vintage b&b bones

It was located in the heart of Leesburg, so there were some small, interesting stores, and several dining choices. Breakfast was quite good.

The rooms are situated over a pub and a bakery, and the bartender manages all three areas, with decent efficiency and a good nature. We were fortunate that it wasn't a live music night, because the walls to the rooms are so thin we could hear our neighbors speaking in a regular voice. The room we reserved was a queen bed, but what we got was a full size. The matress sagged toward the middle. The room itself was so small that our two small bags took up all of the space, and it had a strong disinfectant smell that stayed on my clothes after I left. The building is old and needs maintenance, and the paint is cracked and flaking. Parking is not available on site, but there is a parking garage directly behind it that was reasonable. So...slightly better than a Motel 6, but far too expensive for what is offered.

The TV was kinda hard to see because the bed post was in the way plus the TV was small
