Hotel Seven Star

Location is very good, close to Gulistan bus station, your gateway to other destinations in Bangladesh and attractions in Old Dhaka. Staff very friendly, on the last day we even could leave our backpacks for the afternoon at the reception, since our boat left in the evening. They provided bottled water, shampoo, soap, towels even a comb. Hot water, clean and safe. You will get a magnetic card to enter the 1st floor corridor, where the rooms are, so only guests of the hotel can enter there. Quiet rooms, the noise of the street will not bother you. Free Wi-Fi working perfect in the room.

The location of the hotel is very good, just in the center of old Dhaka city.

The cleaning of Outside of the hotel need to be improving.

Mostly i like their professionalism, humble behaviour and most important & liked is their Security. All over the service we get from Hotel Seven Star is best & gets the proper value of our money.

Basically we didn't like the entrance of the hotel cause in front of the hotel entrance there is a big trash bin where the bin is spreading stinky bad smells.

Amazing staff, fluent English Speaking reception. They made a mistake in my reservation so they gave me a 40% discount.

The single room was too small and no window to outside

The staff was asking for extra money and they didn’t give double size comforter provided single size only.

I came to this hotel, spent 500 taka on taxi. but the staff refused to give me the booked room. they explained that they did not have any free rooms. I do not advise anyone to find themselves in such a situation. wasted time and money
