"Wouldn’t book this hotel again staff are corrupted"

Nothing the staff was asking for more money than the amount I booked in booking.com upon arrival they say no rooms as they gave all the room to one group who came b4 I went in and because they was getting cash money they said we can’t give u the room unless u pay more money plus the was so rude I asked them to cancel it
