The village was amazing and had everything you need. Beautiful drive to Lisbon city centre. Miguel (host) extremely kind, friendly, helpful and in general an amazing host, he was able to answer all my questions and add advice on top of that.

Good amenities in the house. Good location to where we needed to be.

The owner wasn’t the best at showing us around. When I arrived he took me inside and from downstairs described which room was ours. He then left me to struggle with my bags up the stairs on my own (I’m 152cm tall and was carrying 2 suitcases). When my husband finished parking the car, the owner ignored him and shut the door to the guest house so my husband didn’t know where I was or how to get in. The bed in our room was really uncomfortable and there is a church next door whose bells start ringing at 6am every morning.

The folks running the place were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The room and bathroom had everything we needed for our short stay. The common kitchen and living room were nicely done as well. The location is perfect to explore the West wine region.

For us, it just felt a bit too dark, but that is personal taste.

Lovely warm welcome from Miguel who helped us get to our wedding just in time for the bride to walk up the aisle.

Breakfast available in neighbouring cafe. Staff most accommodating (owner Miguel particularly so)

Lovely spacious rooms, comfy bedding, nice and bright with big windows and everything was perfectly clean.

Everything. It was our 2nd time to visit.we booked as we were attending a wedding nearby, and it was a perfect location for our needs. One day we will return.
