La posizione e la pulizia della stanza, comodo anche per una passeggiata serale. Il parcheggio proprio a pochi metri è comodissimo.

Nonostante sia solo nel vano scala, l'odore persistente della friggitoria al piano terra può essere un po' fastidioso di prima mattina ...
