Zeer teleurstellend verblijf. Dit 2-sterrenhotel haalt zelfs dat niveau niet. De kamer was bij aankomst duidelijk niet goed schoongemaakt: stof, vlekken en zelfs dode vliegen onder het bed. Dat gaf meteen een bijzonder onhygiënisch gevoel. De inkomhal van het hotel was vuil en duidelijk verwaarloosd, wat meteen een slechte eerste indruk gaf. De gangen lagen vol met opgestapelde onderhoudsmaterialen, tuinslangen, kuisproducten en ander materiaal. Overal zag je vuile vloeren, rondslingerende lakens en een algemene wanorde die absoluut niet thuishoort in een hotel. Dit versterkte alleen maar het onaangename en onhygiënische gevoel. Het ontbijt, waarvoor je nog eens €11 extra moet betalen, was beschamend beperkt: letterlijk één sneetje gekookte hesp en één sneetje kaas, wat brood en confituur. Dat is totaal onvoldoende en staat in geen verhouding tot wat je mag verwachten, zelfs niet van een 2-sterrenhotel. Ook de ontbijtruimte zelf werkte allesbehalve uitnodigend: donker, somber en vuil. Het personeel maakte de ervaring nog slechter. Onvriendelijk, ongeïnteresseerd en soms zelfs ronduit grof in de omgang. Vragen werden met zichtbare tegenzin beantwoord en van enige vorm van gastvrijheid was geen sprake. Ook het restaurant dat bij het hotel hoort, is absoluut geen aanrader. Het eten was van slechte kwaliteit, smaakloos en duidelijk niet vers bereid. Wat een gemak had moeten zijn, werd een extra teleurstelling. Ik heb bovendien meerdere foto’s genomen om mijn beoordeling te staven. De geluidsisolatie tussen de kamers is ronduit slecht. Je hoort letterlijk alles van de buren: gesprekken, het afgaan van hun gsm, en zelfs kleine geluiden alsof ze in dezelfde kamer zitten. Dit zorgt voor constante overlast en maakt het vrijwel onmogelijk om tot rust te komen of een goede nachtrust te hebben. Kortom: dit hotel is zijn geld absoluut niet waard. Ik raad het niemand aan en zal hier zeker niet meer terugkomen.
