Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Good size family room. Clean bathroom.

Both lamps in the room didn’t work properly. There was a slight smell of urine or something on the carpet next to the smaller double bed.

Room was nice

Noise was awful first night in pub/hotel, don't have to have music playing that loud. One drunken nutter was self consumed yelling at all until the small hours right below my window. Second night not so bad, it was an organised festival/do so ok. Hotel puts explanatory/mitigating note about noise on table and ear buds/plugs. Get impression they're more about the pub goers. Breakfast was average. Didn't have a chef/cook but it still seemed a bit half-baked.
