Ужасна миризма на канализация в стаята. Вратата на тоалетната беше оставена отворена , за да ароматизира цялото помещение на фекалии примесени с белина. Много разочароващо.

"מקום מושלם לטיול שקט עם אוכל שמעורר את כל החושים"

מלון במיקום נדיר מאד בין שני הרים עם סלעים גבוהים יש אגם ומפלים קטנים הרגשה של לחיות בתוך הטבע בלי הפרעה. השירות טוב. האוכל במסעדה מושלם. ארוחת הבוקר יחסית לאירופה טובה אציין שקפוצ׳ינו בעלות נפרדת אבל קפה ללא עלות. נהנתי מאד מהשהייה שלי הגענו עם תינוק וכלב קטן והם ענו לגמרי על הציפיות שלנו.

הזמנתי את הדירה הגדולה והיא לא תאמה לתמונות מבחינת הרכב המיטות (אני הזמנתי ספות וקיבלנו 2 מיטות נוספות) אבל כשדיברתי עם הקבלה קיבלנו פיצוי של 15 אחוז על כל מה שהזמנו בחדר האוכל שזה היה פיצוי סמלי אבל אמר לי שהבינו אותי וזה הספיק לי. מומלץ שיהיה בחדר קומקום.
