Elegimos este hotel por su arquitectura muy representativa de la zona. La habitación era muy espaciosa y cómoda. Se respira una atmósfera muy tranquila. El personal fue muy gentil y atento a cada requerimiento.

All was good except of the breakfast, it was just very poor that it is better not to have. just a bread with some small vegetables, fixed breakfast for all. Even there is no proper coffee machine for milk steaming.

The house is good, the restaurant for lunch and dinner is Ok, although plenty better places outside

Very clean and modern hotel with great food in the restaurant and free parking. Excellent WiFi

We booked the 'budget double room' but on arrival found it to a tiny single which we could hardly move around in. We complained but were told it could also be a double and no possibility to change because the hotel was full. The price list inside the room simply said 'single room'...see photo The complimentary breakfast had absolutely no choice....they served something, but if you didn't like it, there was absolutely no alternative. Staff were okay...nothing more. Be wary of booking the same room....its OK for one night but we had to suffer it for three.

Magifique maison bulgare typique. Décoration réussie. Chambre au calme, bien équipée, climatisation, grand lit, bonne literie.Bon pdj, servi en terrasse. Restaurant sur place, on y mange bien.Stationnement gratuit devant l'hôtel.

Very clean, very tidy, good facilities. Great restaurant outside, staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us .

Our Bathroom was outside the bedroom, a bit awkward.

L'emplacement est super. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût pour la Bulgarie, la literie est confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon!

- Les possibilités de réservation dans booking ne correspondent pas à ce que l'établissement propose comme chambres. Du coup on avait réservé une chambre triple pour 2 personnes (possible à faire sur booking), on nous a donné une chambre double et quand j'ai demandé la chambre réservée je me suis prise des remarques suggérant que j'avais essayé de tricher.. le comportement de la dame n'était pas très accueillant alors que cette nuit on était les seuls touristes dans l'établissement et que j'ai strictement fait ce que booking propose. Bref, après l'inhospitalité de la dame en question, nous nous sommes pas restés manger dans le restaurant à qui appartiennent les chambres et peut-être ça leur est égal de perdre des clients mais je ne reviendrai plus alors que je dois me rendre souvent à Gabrovo. - Il y avait une odeur désagréable qui provenait de la climatisation - Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants
