The spa is the highlight here - big jacuzzi/hot tub, indoor pool, sauna, steam room and cold bucket. Outdoor pool is nice and warm too. The rooms are cheap and the treatments are too.

Breakfast was terrible! Not a big selection, the coffee was awful out of the machine, unbelievably no fresh fruit either. Room was dated and there was building work going on outside our room (#308) which started at 7am - really noisy. The electricity went out for about 4 hours in the morning too resulting in the lift not working. It’s a bit out of the town centre so you’ll need to do a good 15 min walk and the last bit up hill.

The staff was very helpful

The staff were all helpful and courteous. The pool area was good. Location was ok, though there is adjacent building development.

The hotel appears to have been renovated, though some corridors appear dated. The shower was minimal size. The bedding was poor quality as were the pillows. Breakfast was standard adequate Bulgarian standard but offered no fruits.

The outdoor pool and the spa

The spa was really good, the pool was with the perfect temperature.

There was a little mold in the bathroom.

The rooms are good, the spa is not bad, the staff is friendly.

It is disgusting to see people jumping into the pool straight from the sauna without taking a shower first.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very polite. The pool was warm, but the spa area is a bit small.

The restaurant was too noisy for dinner. The breakfast was not good good at all
