Hotel Royal Bath

По време на престоя ни течеше ремонт който започваше от 7.30 часа сутринта.

Der Pool mit dem Thermalwasser und das Moorbad waren die Highlights.

Beim Frühstück gab es nichts frisches, kein Obst Keine Cornflakes oder anderes Serial. Eher viel Deftiges. Es gab beim Frühstück keine Gläser oder Tassen, alles auch der Kaffee wurde in Plastikbechern serviert. Damit wird extrem viel unnötiger Müll produziert! Es gab keine englische Übersetzung der Speicherkarte und als ich nach Hilfe bei der Übersetzung fragte sagte man mir ich soll das mit dem Smartphone machen. Gleiches an der Rezeption als ich mich nach einer Tour in die Berge erkundigen wollte.

Локацията е много добра, има къде да се разходите . Басейна е достатъчно голям и чист, водата е с перфектна температура. Има достатъчно чадъри и шезлонги.Лесно се паркира. Обслужването в ресторанта е страхотно, храната беше вкусна.

Мястото според мен е за лечение, релакс и спокойствие . Посещава се обаче от доста семейства с малки деца, които превръщат басейна в аквапарк- скачане, пръскане, писъци. За мен лично не е възможно да си починеш и ако търсите спокойствие не е вашето място.

Franchement la piscine d'eau thermale, le Sauna avec puits finlandais, le bassin d'eau très chaude un véritable délice, aussi le parking devant l'hôtel est grand et facile d'accès. Le personnel de l'accueil est très agréable. La patronne vient vérifier la mise en place du diner.

Le personnel du restaurant n'est pas très souriant, ni très agréable, dommage, Aussi la climatisation de la chambre est très bruyante. Le café pour le petit déjeuner est compté, attention : une personne / une tasse et rien de plus dixit le serveur ! Dommage le petit déjeuner est la seule ombre au tableau...

Хареса ни басейнът, храната беше вкусна, макар да липсваха салати към вечерята.

Не ми хареса, че пускат външни лица в басейна. Обясниха, че достъпът е "контролиран", но изобщо не изглежда така. Имаше допусната цяла фамилия, чиито деца безразборно скачаха и правеха каквото си искат без никаква забележка - спасителят удобно не ги виждаше. Други гости споделиха, че това редовно се случва. Бях отбелязала опция за допълнително легло, но нямаше такова. Помолихме за друга стая, настаниха ни в такава в крайна сметка, т. е. имало е възможност.

A very nice outdoors pool

No one was at the reception desk during early evening.we needed an extra towel but there was no one to talk to.we dialed to the reception but there was no man spoke only Bulgarian.not even Russion

The venue is nice and definitely exceeded my expectations given the 2* classification of the hotel. The definitely could get an extra star given what they actually offer in my opinion :-). Staff was nice and helpful. The balneo center is well equipped and maintained with variety of procedures offerred (mud, luga, jacuzzi, pool, etc). Tasty home-made food available for both lunch and dinner.

While there was a variety of meats, the buffet lacked sallads / vegetables and fruit were scarce. The hotel should do a better job in marketing and upselling the huge variety of balneo amenities they have available (ex. we were there for 2 nights only and while this is not long, it is more than enough to make it a rewind/recreation retreat by upselling us different packages and procedures) We did ask, but even though the staff was amazing and nice, they could have done a better job in selling us on their different recreational services. I honestly think there is great potential for the hotel in that sence. The mud and luga treatment area can use a bit of improvement (ex. chaselongues to rest once mud/luga is applied, a person to guide the guests as to the benefits and how to correctly apply the treatments, some umbrellas to provide shadow and maybe some signage to guide guests where to rest and how to clean the mud after as it does get quite messy :-))
