Чистотата, простора на стаята, комплимента с минерална вода и кафе в стаята. Обслужливия, усмихнат и любезен персонал на ре-т "Престиж" . Живата музика! Всичко беше превъзходно и надмина очакванията ми. Ще го посетим отново.

Банкомата на входа глътна картата, но естествено това не зависи от хотела.

There is a tennis court although you HAVE to pay for it separately. That’s about it. Oh and there’s a big TV in the Lobby.

The welcome was unwelcoming. The staff act like they’re paying me to come visit. The room was big but poorly maintained - it smelled like cigarettes from the 80s and there were actual bugs in the bathroom (cockroaches). The bathroom itself smelled of sewage. The food was low in quality and tried to compensate with quantity. Your dinner might be included in the price but not a single drink or beverage. To use the swimming pool you need a swimming cap but nowhere in Booking does it say so , so you have to buy one there. They advised me to use the shower cap from the room but that seemed ridiculous (as it was a nylon one). The sauna is barely warm at all. The ice room had no ice. The dinner had an open obnoxiously loud singer singing 70s and 80s bulgarian songs which almost made us both leave. Nowhere does it say that you have to pay to charge your EV outside at their charging station but you do pay after you use the card that they give you. You have to bring your own cable for charging too. The TV in the room doesn’t work properly if you even so slightly breather near the antenna. The place is ridiculous.

One of the old, but very well maintained hotels in the area. Renovated with a touch. Lots of art hanging on the walls. The paintings are pleasing to the eye when you walk around the spacious common areas. Room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast we had was rich and had something for everyone's taste, no matter whether it was salty or sweet. Coffee was espresso, and it was tasty! The indoor pool and the spa facilities were very clean and relaxing.

Only 1 (out of 4-5) small outside pool was working and it was extremely hard to fit all the guests who wanted to try it. This is a huge disadvantage for a hotel located in the area with the hottest mineral waters in Bulgaria and is the reason I give this rating of 8. Here on booking it is not mentioned that the outside pools are empty of water. The bathroom in our room was so small, that i hardly managed to use the sink to brush my teeth...
