2 Bed/ 1 Bath efficiency Apartment- Close to Downtown!

Too many water bugs/roaches getting inside.

Location, clean, well equipped apartment.

we liked it when we got out of there

roaches everywhere. all was good until we turned the stove on and they started crawling out of every nook and cranny crawling on the beds. it really was terrible. of course booking.com did nothing to help and neither did the property. we took the loss and went to a hotel downtown.

Property was very convenient and close to downtown Chattanooga

The property smelled strongly of cigarettes despite being a non-smoking property.

The major draw for this place was it's cheap listing, but the quality what much higher than what the price suggested! It's crazy that some rundown motels are priced higher than this place, especially since it has 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen. The value cant be beat!

The previous resident(s) left a bit of a mess, and there was a strange dank old smell. There were bits of detritus and residues around and on some furniture, A few small dead and alive bugs, and some trash and lighter(?) under the main bed. Also they would do well to have better pillows, and maybe another set of thicker blankets.
