BULGARI melnik

The room size and the fact that the AC was running when we entered the room (outside were 38+ Celsius degrees). The breakfast was ok, the coffee was very good.

Very, very friendly staff! Good breakfast, clean sheets and towels, clean bathroom, new air con. Best location.

Not a big incovenient for just one night staying, but maybe some attention to the hose at the shower, which was broken.

The location is great for Melnik, but the road is terrible if you have to go out of Melnik regularly. If you are with a low car, it is better not to go in front of the hotel with the car. The hotel amenities are great, the room was really big, and the AC was great. The terrace was amazing. The staff were really friendly and kind.

The building is authentic and the insolation is not something the original Melnik inhabitants cherished. So if you plan to sleep till late, probably pack some earplugs in the luggage. The breakfast was ok, not amazing, but they provided mineral water and coffee with it, which is something I was surprised about.

The owner and the staff were wonderful. We got a very large beautiful rooms well decorated and very comfortable with a nice view over the village and the nature around. The restaurant of the hotel was also very very good at both dinner and breakfast and for a very decent price. I highly recommend the place!

Should be cleaner, which stayed for two days but the bathroom wasn't clean at all as there was hair on the floor and dust could be seen on other areas in the room
