BULGARI melnik

The hotel is very nice and clean. Stone (I think marble) is used throughout, which keeps the interior cool. There's a very convenient spa on the lower floor, which the owner showed us and the kids loved. Breakfast was included and we all loved it.

We got the top-floor suite, which was extremely spacious and nice, but it did lack air conditioning. Although it wasn't hot in the evening, it would have been a tad better with an AC unit. Parking is weird, but that applies to all hotels along the small river because of the way the village was planned.

Everything else was good except for bathroom

Shower could not be used without flooding the whole shower room.

Well had a great stay at the hotel. Parking is free on the street, the room was spacious and the view from the terrace was mesmerizing. The staff were very friendly and understanding - they were able to accommodate us for another night even though we got our reservations wrong.

Just as couple of nit picks - no tea kettle in the room, some outlets were not working, but overall nothing major - overall a great place and value for the money.

A very nice, brand new hotel with an excellent location in Melnik, right at the top of the main paved street and at the bottom of the dirt street up to Kordopulova House. Very good breakfast, nice management, spacious room. Was very happy with our stay!

The shower stall was broken and leaked a little.

The staff/family was very friendly and serviceminded.

No WIFI in our room.
