Am avut parte de un upgrade, priveliste superba catre mare si piscina, camera este mare, curata dotata cu tot ce este nevoie pentru un sejur de familie, ac merge perfect, este liniște, piscina curata si suficiente umbrele, mic dejun foarte ok , personal amabil. Ma voi întoarce cu siguranta!

Baia nu era renovata dar am stat și la hotelul de 4 stele de langa și era mai rau ...am observat ca in zona este o problema cu renovarea bailor. Inteleg ca este scump sa schimbi gresie, faianta dar un cap de dus cred ca este fezabil sa fie schimbat la un timp

"ГАРНИЙ ГОТЕЛЬ. A reservation that we were unable to use"

We constantly receive messages from Booking to rate the hotel. Since there was a problem with the reservation and we were refused, because the hotel will not be able to accommodate us from 14.7-21.7.2025, we cannot reliably rate the Erma Hotel. We were offered to book another accommodation and we would be reimbursed the difference of 117.31 BGN, which we refused. Attached are scans of the responses from 7.7.2025. We are very disappointed.
