Jane's House

The flat was spacious and spotless, and Goi took care of everything while being incredibly helpful!

The road where the hotel is located can be a little noisy at times, but nothing major.

Probably the best host we've ever had. Very helpful advice, friendly, she even got up a5 3:45 am just to say goodbye when we checked out. Location just outside the old city is fine.

Super clean & feels like home. Host, Goi, is so friendly & cheerful. She bought all her guest local fruits & treats us like her family. She sis also very helpful & accommodating when I hv some special request she is so willing to help. We felt very comfortable staying at Jane’s House. It has a very peaceful feel & within walking distance to Old City, like 15min walk. Plenty of food & drinks in the same area & the night food street is just 5 min walk away!

Our room is on the 3rd floor. Walking down the stairs may be tough for the elderly.

Kohi (not sure of the spelling) was absolutely wonderful! She was very at tentative, and super friendly! My wife and I really enjoyed our conversations with her. She was also super helpful with helping us plan our outings. The location is very nice. It is on a street where there are a number of other hostels, and a person who can book excursions for you. A nice place to stay while in Chiang Mai. The room was very clean, and organized.

Due to this being a small village, the accommodations while being comfortable, were somewhat dated. Do not expect a modern experience -- If that is not what you were expecting, then this is a very nice little inn. We enjoyed our stay.

Jane, the host was so genuinely kind, caring and helpful. I felt very safe and well looked after staying there. Location is great. Just on the outside of the old town walls, and a short walk around the corner to the night outdoor food stalls. Jane helped me with some day trips which were excellent. The room was very clean, and the bed comfortable. Generous complimentary snacks, fruit and water available. Would definitely recommend, and will stay there again if I am lucky enough to return to Chiang Mai.

We had such a great time Jane's house. Our host was more than helpful and we had a very nice experience throughout our stay. Very close to the main city center, it doesn't take more than a couple of minutes to get where you want. If we ever make our way back to Chiang Mai (which will hopefully happen in the future) we will definitely be staying at Jane's again.

Owner is a superb host. I would definitely stay again at her place when I visit Chiang Mai again. The house and the room are absolutely clean, it was the first time ever I felt so good to walk barefoot in Thailand, where most guesthouses we remove our shoes.
