Location. Sea proximity. Fine sand .Room comfort. Cleanness .Food variety.Staff behavior.All at superlative.

Might be some dishes overcooked ( mainly fish and beef)

My wife and I spent 12 wonderful days at Bilyana Beach Hotel. The location is outstanding - great sandy beach, quiet area, yet very close (15 minutes' walk along the coast) to the old town of Nessebar. The added bonus, if one is looking for a relaxing holiday, is that the hotel is adults only. The buffet food is plentiful with a variety of local and international dishes. All drinks - wine, spirits, cocktails, coffees etc are included, so there were not extra charges at checkout. There is a well-equipped gym and evening entertainment. We will gladly return for another holiday to Bilyana Beach hotel.

The labelling of the dishes in the buffet needs to improve with more detailed descriptions.

Lovely room, stylish, spacious and very comfortable. They said they upgraded us to a standard one instead of the economy we booked. Easy access to a great beach. Pizza and snack bar with decent quality all day.

Mid September, the SPA was not working - you have to ask in advance so they start and heat the saunas, etc. Room was heading north - good view towards the old city but could be a lil bit noisy from trucks picking thrash in the early morning. Still, it was ok. Restaurant dinner and breakfast were average; they were ok but not as good as the room and hotel itself.

We had the pleasure to spend our vacation at Bilyana Beach Hotel. Our stay was very pleasant. We loved how spacious our room was, very clean & with a beautiful interior design. We also enjoyed the food, drinks & the entertainment programs each evening. The beach is very close and I loved the privacy thar it offers. I recommend to spend your vacation here.

There was one ingredient used more often, in many dishes, I think something like curry, which we didn‘t liked so much.

We received everything we paid for - the room was clean and very well air-conditioned(each day we got back from the beach to a vacuumed and well washed floor), the bathroom had all the amenities one could need, the beach view was awesome! The staff was always kind and ready to help with everything we needed. The food was hot and in abundance I could say. The beach in front of the hotel was really good and calm even. I must say the fact that the hotel receives guests only 16+ was an extra that we didn't know we needed. This added to the good rest and calm stay we had. I noticed that the foreign guests had a good time within the different programme the hotel offered each night, so if you're into this kind of entertainment, it is also guaranteed. Overall we had a very nice and pleasant stay and will be coming back soon!

It would have been nice, if the lobby bar offered the opportunity to choose drinks even outside the all inclusive, so that you can pay for what you like. That is the only thing I'd change.
