Needed a bed for the night after flying was very good for the price just what we needed

The rooms are larger than normal it's located in the centre of the Town 2 minutes from the beach the lady who cleans the room is very good The owner at reception is very helpful

it's slightly noisy at night the shower room is a wet room and needs a curtain to stop everything getting wet. the car park is tight for anymore than 3 cars (I scraped my car getting out.) I booked an extra 2 days dorect witj the property and paid the same price as bookings.com, which was surprising as there's no commission to pay. next time I would just book with Bookings.com.

The location of Palma was excellent. Literally a ten minute walk from the airport. The room was huge. A double and a single bed and so clean. Lovely sea view balcony to have coffee in the morning. I would recommend everyone who is heading on to Burgas, like I was or the other resorts to start their holiday with a chill out experience of staying one night or two in Palma Hotel.

Nice big room with balcony. The beach is 4-5 minutes walk only .

The receptionists do not speak in english! ( None of them ).
