Искам да ви споделя че хотелчето беше може би най-доброто място на което сме оставали в Кюстендил! Топло, чисто и приветливо, но най-вече отношението на хората - за една нощувка се слещнахме с трима рецепциониста и се заговорихме с всички. Прекрасни и отзивчиви хора! Пожелавам им здраве!

Паркирането е малък проблем.

Чудесна локация в центъра на града, паркинг за колата, денонощна рецепция, чисти и просторни стаи, всичко необходимо за 1-2 дена престой.

Въпреки предупреждението за късното ни пристигане, заварих вратата на балкона на стаята отворена и вътре беше студено колкото и навън (през Октомври). Отне доста време да се затопли помещението, защото като цяло всички незаети стаи се държат отворени. Също не ми допадна прекалено мекият матрак в който буквално ми пропадна кръста когато легнах.
