Outside pool closed and spa pool had no sun after 4pm

Overall, it was a highly satisfying and enjoyable holiday for me. The hotel's cuisine was quite successful; the quality, taste, and variety of the meals were excellent and perfectly adequate. Additionally, the overall organization of the facility and the professional approach of the staff enhanced our comfort throughout the stay. I would like to thank the entire hotel team for their efforts. It is definitely a property I would highly recommend.

I observed that during peak hours and high-occupancy periods, the indoor pool capacity falls a bit short of meeting the guest volume. Optimizing this capacity for future planning would significantly enhance the overall comfort. During my stay, the ongoing construction work around the hotel occasionally disrupted the outdoor tranquility and holiday peace. Although this is an external factor beyond the hotel's control, it is worth noting as an element that impacted guest comfort.

Overall, we were very satisfied with all the facilities the hotel had to offer. The property was clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The food service was also excellent.

We couldn't use the outdoor pools as they are closed until June. We would have preferred them to be open at least in May; cool weather should not be an excuse.
