Flagman Hotel

The hotel is located close to the center of the new town, the street with the restaurants and bars is just around the corner. The old town can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The beach is nearby, but there's also a big swimming pool. The morning and evening buffets are delicious.

The lift surely needs some maintenance, and the water temperature of the pool might be 1-2 degrees higher.

Most of the staff including reception does not know english, but they do the best efforts to help you. For us, they were very friendly. We had all inclusive and I can say that the food was good with diversity. Location is also very good, just next to the sea and old town.

Room has carpet on the floor which, specially for hotels, is difficult to be cleaned. When we arrived in the room it was super stinky. We spent some time to clean it. Also, there were a lot of smashed mosquitos on the walls, doors, TV etc with blood stains. The fridge: discussing- I almost puked when i opened it. Big mistake to open that.... fridge.

Несмотря на категорию отеля 3 звёздочки, условия проживания были , просто, замечательные. Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал, вкусные завтраки и ужины, просторный номер с балконом, в самом центре города Созополь, все необходимые принадлежности для гигиены, в пяти минутах ходьбы до пляжа и моря, хорошая работа вай фай. Все было прекрасно. Отлично организован порядок и дисциплина руководством , всегда тихая и спокойная обстановка. Очень рекомендуем провести свой отпуск в отеле Flagman.

Понравилось все. Как пожелание, хотелось бы добавить в номера сейф для хранения документов.

Чист хотел с добра локация. Закуската беше добра! Персоналът е любезен и приветлив към хора и домашни любимци!

Подът в тоалетната се наводняваше и въпреки ремонта проблемът остана!!!
