The location was perfect, we were 5 minutes away from the slopes, surrounded by beautiful forest! Staff were great. The rooms were clean and warm.

Wi fi signal was sometimes weak in our room on the first floor. But it wasn’t an issue for us as we wanted to get away and stay away from our phones and gadgets. The signal was excellent in the lobby where we spent our evening.

"Beste plek van Borovets"

Sfeervol, kleinschalig. Receptionist/kelner/gastheer zorgde voor goede ontvangst. We troffen het: geen groepen (UK) want die kunnen erg sfeerbepalend zijn hoorden we. Prima gegeten in het restaurant beneden (alleen per lift bereikbaar). Gezellige lounge het knapperende open haard, biljard en gezellige mede-gasten. Altijd gratis thee bij receptie. En goede ligging; weg van de kermis die Borovets is, maar met één sluippad door de bosrand was je bijna direct bij de lift. 😊

Un hotel mic! Foarte bine pozitioanat! Camerea de apartament mare! Bucataria slab utilata dar nu am gatit deloc! Cald tot timpul!

Great location, 5 mins walk from town centre Very clean Helpful staff member Hotel has very few facilities but if you just need a place to stay it’s perfect !!

Could have more facilities but again, it’s what you pay for and we were completely happy with that.

"Fabulous little family hotel"

The location was fantastically close to the chairlift! The restaurant was very well priced and served delicious food. Breakfast provided was excellent. Fairly quiet location. Very friendly staff. Extremely clean. Loved it and would recommend and also return.

The ski equipment we hired was satisfactory but a bit tired.

Отель очень уютный и семейный. Находиться в 5-10 минутах ходьбы от подъёмника, но здесь очень тихо !!! Отель чистый, номер был у нас просторный с двумя комнатами (2 взрослых и 2 ребёнка). Чего не хватало в номере, попросили на стойке и получили без проблем. Сотрудники отеля очень доброжелательны и помогали со всеми вопросами (нужен был градусник, пылесос для вакуумного пакета). Вечером перед выездом из отеля, Цтанислав приготовил нам сендвичи в дорогу. 100% рекомендуем !!!!!

Матрас и подушки жестковатые (но это по моему мнению).
