Though Parking was reserved for parking the car, there was no parking space and forced to park on the side of the public road. Though some space was available in front of the hotel, the hotel staff didn't allow the vehicle to be parked there.

I called the property in the evening to ask about directions to get there to be told there was nothing booked in the name. I asked them to check and they said they will call back and abruptly cut the call. I tried calling back multiple times and the phone was switched off /unreachable. My friend tried calling many times as well. Finally they made alternate arrangements as it was quite late. I dropped a message to the property and they sent an alternate number at some point. It was a very distressing experience.
