The hotel is newly built and the facilities are still in good condition. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance but having a fully functional restaurant in the hotel is definitely a plus.

No one came to take out the trash or make up the beds during our stay, even when we put the sign on the door that we would like to have the service. I've been told that the rooms are cleaned after the third day, but this is not up to the standard. 3 stars require every day checks of the room, even if there is not full clean. The receptionist forgot to mention that the restaurant is not working on Mondays, even though he insisted on booking us a table the night before. And on top of all that we've been charged 10 BGN extra per night because we made our reservation via Booking.com

Very nice place to stay, staff was very nice and welcoming, the breakfast was pretty good and the food in general, location is top as well!
