Good location although away from centre of town. Free parking inside garage.

Not clean. Old sofa needs to be thrown away. Cleanliness was very poor with cigarette butts on the floor. No sign of any bar or restaurant despite what it states on Booking page. Strong stale smell of cigarettes. They only accept cash - no cards or Revolut.

It was close to center. Got a key late at night. The room was huge, had a balcony.

The toilet brush seemed to not have been cleaned since put there. When I attempted to keep it all clean after myself, just by picking the toilet brush from its place a horrible smell overwelled everything. Never have experienced this level of unpleasant "cleanness" problem. Then the bedding. There was something like a downsheet over the mattress, which did not look washed. On top of it was a bed cover, almost falling apart. I found the sheet, which was supposed to go under the 40 years bed cover in the morning. They did not lay it out underneath nor put it on top of the cover to see, was sumewhere in a corner underneath. The place is all fine, just needs a super clean and attention to simple details such as a hole in the wall, weird pink curtains, etc.

Vratsa is a small town with a wonderful history. The town is pleasant, the inhabitants are friendly and warm. The hotel is about 2 km from the centre of the action and the pedestrian zone. Considering the price, the hotel is great. There is also a pizzeria downstairs below the hotel. The room is huge, you can have a party and it has a balcony.

Easy to find, lovely big room price was good

No light in the balcony, fixtures broken curtains, no kettle tea or coffee, floor in bathroom very slippery when wet
