Totul la superlativ, de la atitudinea prietenoasa a personalului, curățenie, mâncare proaspătă si diversificată pana la priveliștea din camera către mare.

Curățenia nu este ok, ne-a mâncat pielea în pat 2 nopți la rând, plus gândaci în cameră

The location was outstanding with an incredible sea view from everywhere, from your room, from the restaurant and pool, and from the numerous balconies, truly relaxing experience. The pool was sufficient size, I thought it looked small on the photos, but it was just enough. Food was fine even in the busiest times there was sufficient amounts of all. The desserts were nice and the fruit fresh and sufficiently different. The ice cream pool bar was managed very well without making long queues. Overall everywhere was clean and neat. The lobby was comfortable. The rooms were good sizes and the bathrooms were clean and renovated. The staff were lovely and very chatty. The parking was also well managed. The hotel had a designated beach area which was nice.

The pool water was a little cold and there were not enough chaise-longs around the pool. When it was windy the umbrellas had to be closed and this did not work well with a little kid as the sun is too strong. There should be improved bigger umbrellas and more seating around the pool. The animation team was nice, but I did not like the little kids disco area it was not ideal and it was accessible via many stairs so we had to carry the push chair up and down quite a lot. The beach area was very expensive up to 36 leva for umbrella and 2 chaise-longs.

The quality of the food was below what I would expect from a four-star place. The sweets were of very poor quality

Baseny działają tylko do 18, to za krótko. Fajnie byłoby popływać wieczorem. Pokój dla dzieci działa tylko w wyznaczonych godzinach.
