Excelente o café da manhã!!

Banheiro , a porta não fecha , falta vidro na janela do banheiro e o vazo sanitário entupido.

A cama é pequena mas confortável; O lugar para organizar suas roupas e artigos de uso pessoal é prático; A pousada é muito bem localizada; A decoração do entorno e da parte coletiva é criativa; O ar-condicionado funciona bem.

Quarto e banheiro muito pequenos e com menos iluminação do que parece nas fotos; O Wi-Fi instável e a por isso também a TV não funcionava A tela de proteção anti-mosquitos do quarto não fecha direito; As paredes são muito finas, você escuta os ruídos dos outros quartos e do corredor; Falta pessoal para a limpeza dos quartos, pois quando hóspedes deixam a pousada, a limpeza do quarto a ser reocupado é prioridade, e o quarto dos outros hóspedes sem a devida atenção.

Da localização e o café da manhã maravilhoso, melhor que dos resorts que já fiquei, a proprietária é muito atenciosa

A localização é excelente, ao lado do trapiche, mas num ambiente tranquilo. O café da manhã é fantástico!! Tudo feito na hora, com o maior capricho, delicioso!

O quarto tinha uma janela pequena que dava para as mesas do café, ou seja, não dava para abrir e manter a privacidade.

Ficamos 05 dias na pousada, no chalé. A acomodação era bem limpa e bem cuidada, exatamente como nas fotos. O café da manhã era farto e tudo fresquinho. Tinham vários dogs e gatinhos na pousada, todos bem cuidados e de coleira, nós que amamos pets nos sentimos em casa. Super recomendamos.

Não havia sabonete nos banheiros, o café da manhã poderia ser servido um pouco mais cedo.

After traveling through Brazil for almost three months, I have noticed that many reviews focus very strongly on single highlights or on the personal relationship with the hosts, while important aspects such as room condition, cleanliness, interior, and comfort are often overlooked. Booking reviews should reflect the accommodation as a whole. In this case, we were unfortunately misled by the extremely high ratings (close to 10 points with many reviews), as our experience was very different. Positive Breakfast: Absolutely outstanding, truly one of the best on the island (10/10). Very fresh and very generous – for some guests possibly even too much. Staff: The employees were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful (10/10). Property: The overall property is visually very beautiful. Location: Very good location, directly at the harbor. The island itself is stunning. Balcony: Sufficiently large and generally pleasant to use. Conclusion: A beautiful property and an exceptional breakfast cannot compensate for poor room condition, lack of cleanliness, noise issues, and very weak value for money. For us, this accommodation was a significant disappointment compared to its extremely high ratings.

Communication & Hosts: The friendliness of the owners rates only 3/10. Several messages sent via the Booking chat (regarding arrival issues and general island information) were never answered, even by the end of our stay. Room condition: The accommodation itself rates 3/10. The rooms are very run-down and in need of renovation. Old wooden huts, outdated facilities, and worn toilets and showers. Windows & insects: Our room had no glass windows on the jungle side, only wooden boards. We had to stuff toilet paper into the gaps to reduce insects, yet we still found a large brown spider in the room. In addition, there were many large ants in the room. Noise insulation: Extremely poor. You can hear every word from neighboring rooms, even the opening of a bag of chips. A quiet night’s sleep is practically impossible. Smoke nuisance: Cigarette smoke from neighboring balconies strongly enters the room, even when everything is closed. Cleanliness: Overall unsatisfactory. There were blood stains on the bathroom wall where towels are hung. Bathroom issues: The toilet did not appear to be properly sealed. There was a strong smell of urine, and liquid was leaking from the toilet onto the bathroom floor. Bathroom privacy & ventilation: The bathroom window opened into the interior corridor where other guests pass by. As a result, it was not possible to open the window while using the bathroom due to a complete lack of privacy. There was no bathroom window facing the outside of the building. Hot water: No reliable hot water. On several evenings only cold water was available – very unpleasant with temperatures below 20°C. Beach: The nearby beach is not recommended due to the many boats and ships. Value for money: Around €150 per night is far out of proportion to the room quality. Based on our experiences during three months in Brazil, a price of around € 30 or 40 US per night would have been appropriate.
