Hotel Villa Kaylaka

I kI knew the Hotel because I was there last year as well I appreciate the exceptional natural landscape, a certain discretion of the building, which does not affect the charm of naturenew the Hotel because I was there last year as well

They only have a menu in Bulgarian. It's sad. We all lose because we don't know what we are eating

Nice location by the lake with a superb view.

Really beautiful views, rooms are big and spacious, courtyard is really green and well-maintained, girl on reception was super friendly.

The spa is not a spa, but a room with jacuzzi and sauna, that are not connected to any of the houses, so you need to walk outside in the cold. We were informed the jacuzzi was booked from 5 to 6:30pm, which is strange and never happened to us in other spa villas/hotels.

Amazing view of the lake from the villa, very clean room, room is big, location is very nice in the nature

Staff does not speak english Breakfast was poor Spa was not available when we wanted using it
