Wonderful garden setting in the rear...like out of a movie about new orleans. I had my almost 2-year old grandson overnight...the place was highly child-proof.

We really loved the location. It was very secluded and quiet. The hottub was an added bonus too! We will definitely refer AND stay again in the future. Host was great. He worked with us and accommodated really well. 4.5 out of 5

The beds were uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a marble slab. Some people like the stiff beds so I guess that's just my preference.

Dominique was very nice. The neighborhood was cute. My daughter and I walked around and everyone was so friendly. I would definitely stay here again in the future. I felt completely safe the whole time.

There was only 1 window and it was in the bedroom. The lighting wasn't really a problem until bedtime. My daughter is scared of the dark and without the lamps it was pitch black but the lamps were super bright. Other than that everything was great.

This simple, private cottage setup with it's own entrance was ideal for a solo traveler! Well maintained/decorated. Beautiful neighborhood. Thanks again!

Great location, outside was cute, inside enough furniture, a refrigerator, microwave and cups. Host was exceptionally nice and worked with us on a later checkout.

While the apartment was clean looking, it needs to be mopped more often. The floors look clean but the bottom of my feet were almost black because the floors don’t seem to get mopped enough. The apartment needs a more thorough cleaning than just sweeping. Also, I’m not really sure who gets to use the jacuzzi. The listing said there was a jacuzzi, but the location of the jacuzzi is kind of strange. It’s on the deck of the big apartment right next to a window, so I wasn’t sure if I was allowed to use the jacuzzi. Even if I was, It’s so close to a large window of another apartment I’m not sure if I would have wanted too.

The finishings were nice. Tile and counter tops.

2 hours before I arrived and when i arrived...I text 4 times, called 3 and knocked and rang the doorbell. No response to any of these. I poked around and found a gate to the back yard where I thought the apartment we rented might be. Got to be back yard and went to back door which is mostly glass. It was clear the host was having a party. It was very awkward and everyone was staring at me. He came out and showed me to our apartment. I mentioned to him that I had been trying to contact him. To which his response was " I was busy" as he motioned towards his guests. I got my family back there to change for dinner. The walk way (only way to get to apartment and very narrow) had dog poop on it and smelled of urine. Upon entering unit a musty / mold smell hits you hard. The bedding was torn and stained and you can't open pull out couch with out rearranging tables..you also can't access the door. Come to find there looked to be several roof stains and significant mold in air conditioner (one of which was not working). We were in a rush and headed out to dinner. When we got back it was warm and very musky in the room. My husband went to speak w host. He did move us to a separate apartment that was much better. Still had stained bedding but mostly the musty mold was gone. The court yard was private by this unit. I will say the pictures of a porch w hot tub are deceiving. That is his back porch with a wall of windows. Overall our experience was very poor and the host was unwelcoming. He was nice enough to move us to the other unit after a discussion though. Location was ok but close to a warehouse street that made me kinda nervous but units are tucked away and I felt safe in the unit.
