The air conditioner was broken. The showers so bad. The toilet not good looking.

Never come into this place. Is the worst experience as traveler that I had in my life :(. The owner of this place threatened me of report me (without a reason) and says he will looking for me because he already now me live, all this just because I was messaging him to help me with a mistake in the reservation (I did it 3 times, instead of one) and he didn’t want to accept the cancellation email that Booking send it to him, a couple of times. He was rude and threatening. I can’t even believe all the things he said to me. Also when I went to the hotel, it was not like the picture, and they had a a chained dog outside of the house without water, with a lot of sun, so I took a bowl and put some water. But that’s animal abuse and I should saw the signs that was a huge mistake staying there. This is my history and I really hope you to think wisely before choosing this place.

Lovely man with a lovely family! If you stay anywhere else while on Nusa Penida you're playing yourself. So incredibly helpful; if I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. Beautiful place, beautiful view, great facilities; above all the hospitality was beyond elite. The owner and his family are so incredibly lovely and helpful; they looked after my wife when she was injured, offered to give us food, drove us to and from town, helped us to get medicine and a charger for my laptop. Their hospitality is unmatched anywhere I've stayed, loveliest family and can't wait to come back!

The location on Nusa Penida is very good, it is close to some popular sights and some hidden gems on the island - including a friend of the owners restaurant up the road where they will bring food to your room if requested! The people working were consistently welcoming and kind and helped us bring our bags to the port. The room is comfortable and clean and has a beautiful green view. I would recommend to anyone visiting Nusa Penida.
