Hotel Wiesental

Das Hotel ist sehr familiär geführt. Die gesamte Familie Schreiber ist wirklich sehr nett. Alles in allem ein sehr sehr schöner Kurzurlaub.

Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Personal war aufmerksam.

Die Gewürze beim Nachtessen. War so fade.

Good bed. Breakfast. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND HOTEL WIESENTAL, IT SPOILS THE NAME OF THE AUSTRIAN ALPS.

From the very beginning, everything wrong. The elevator was not working. Arrogant attitude of the owner. We were in this hotel for the first time. We went for the first dinner, accidentally entered the Restaurant through the staff entrance.We shouldn't have done that. The owner, with an angry expression on her face, said that this is the entrance for the personnel, let us turn around and go through the entrance to the restaurant. I just smiled, I understand, she must have been tired. After all, we are on vacation. She had to go and show us our table in that, we had been there several times. The lady owner threw away the towel, mumbled something under her breath and went to show us the table where we had dinner. That was the beginning of our vacation at Hotel Wiesental. Well, by the second evening it was getting worse. We should have dressed nicely because it was the Gala evening. He was a GALA. We arrived on time at 6:30pm and got our first meal after a 45 minute wait. And we had no idea what would follow. The husband ate half of the appetizer and found a 2.5 cm tin foil. I was scared that he ate something. The husband called the waiter to whom he told and showed what was in the food. The waiter said that it happens, he will tell in the kitchen. So the second waitress brought us soup as if nothing had happened. So the husband asked how it was solved, she didn't know anything about it. So her husband told her that he had foil in the appetizer. He told the waiter that he would tell the kitchen and nothing would happen. The waitress didn't know anything, she was terrified to tell the owner. After 20 minutes they brought us the main course, no one came to apologize NOTHING. So we left because my throat was tight and I couldn't eat anything. NOTHING HAPPENED EVEN AFTER THE FOLLOWING BREAKFAST. NOTHING HAPPENED... HUSBAND COULD HAVE APPENDICITIS...THAT'S JUST HEALTH, HEALTH.
