"Zentrale Lage, aber deutliche Schwächen beim Service/ Personal"

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, befindet sich jedoch direkt an der Hauptstraße. Dadurch ist es leider sehr laut.

Negativ anzumerken ist leider der Service. Das Frühstück beginnt erst um 7:30 Uhr. Da ich bereits im Vorfeld mitgeteilt hatte, dass ich beruflich um 8:00 Uhr beginnen muss, hätte ich mir etwas mehr Entgegenkommen gewünscht. Der Frühstücksraum war erst gegen 7:40 Uhr besetzt. Ich bestellte einen Kaffee und Eier, wartete jedoch bis 7:55 Uhr, ohne dass die Bestellung serviert wurde. Da ich pünktlich zur Arbeit musste, konnte ich das Frühstück letztlich nicht in Anspruch nehmen. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass weder vom Servicepersonal noch von der Rezeption eine Entschuldigung erfolgte, obwohl bekannt war, dass ich auf mein Frühstück wartete. Zudem empfand ich den Umgangston des Kellners als wenig freundlich, was den Gesamteindruck leider zusätzlich beeinträchtigte.

L'amabilité de l'accueil et sa volonté de satisfaire le client.

Le parking, gratuit mais pas du tout sûr, surtout pour une moto. La salle de bain, très petite.
