Comfortable beds, lovely breakfast, jacuzzi and sauna on rooftops. Room rate was reasonable.

Der Boden im Zimmer ist von Skischuhen sehr abgetreten.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has an old-fashioned feel, which is quite nice on the whole, but the facilities in my room weren't great. On site restaurant is good.

The mattress (in a single room) was extremely soft and spongy; together with the thin pillow, it was not the most comfortable night's sleep, and I woke with backache. A fan would be useful, as the room can get quite warm but there's too much traffic noise to keep the window open for long. The hotel has some very old-fashioned wide chairs with large splayed-out legs but they are much too big for a small single room, and awkward to keep lifting out of the way (and easy to knock your feet on). Please replace with a more appropriate sized chair in the single rooms!

Good choice of hot/cold options

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Umgang mit meinem Hund war ebenso toll.

Das Frühstück war sehr überschaubar, die Auswahl hätte größer sein müssen.
