Mi a plăcut totul!

Very good service in multiple languages. We were allowed to check out a bit later, the hotel manager called a taxi for us. Good and calm location. Decent price. Balcony. Breakfast was okay and was individually prepared for us. We were however more or less the only guests. The hotel has a nice terrace, which we did not use because of cold and rainy weather.

Overall the hotel facilities show signs of long years of neglect. There are some visible initiatives to cover this neglect by hanging some small colored and branded photos here and there: Here is what could be easily done, to improve the customer experience a bit: - play some background music in the breakfast room. - clean up the corners in the breakfast room from useless equipment - make sure that the pictures are aligned, better: replace the pictures, e.g. with an enlarged stylised map of the city - provide the customers with a paper based list of services that you provide for them as well as contact details. - provide useful information in the "lobby". E.g. how to get to good sightseeing spots

Tam aradığım herseyi buldum diyebilirim. Çalışanlar saygılı ve güler yuzluydu. Kahvaltı tam da istediğim gibiydi💖🙏Oda da temiz ve manzarası harikaydi. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum👍

The view from the balcony was very nice, location is good, in a nice, quiet area. Staff is kind and helpful.

Вид с номера был превосходен, персонал понимал и мог разговаривать на английском, так же хочу отметить что персонал вежливый и всегда готов помочь. Даже в ванной душ был огорожен, а не просто дыра в полу.

Все подошло.
