"Impossible to sleep until 2:30 am due to a party in front of the pousada"

Everything apart from the party in front of the hotel and the reaction from the pousada.

We wanted to go to sleep at 8 pm to wake up early and visit different places with the quad. There was a party in front of the hotel that started before 6 pm and went on until 2:30 am. The music was extremely loud and the door of the room has openings so that there is no acoustic isolation. Despite using earplugs, it was absolutely impossible to sleep until 2:30 am so that we had to cancel our plan and limit our visit of the peninsula to the natural pools close to the hotel. We were in our rooms since 6 pm and the people from the hotel knew it since we picked up the key from them, but they did not check up to see if they could do something. When we noticed that the party was going for long (at 10:30 pm), we wrote to them on WhatsApp, but they were sleeping and did not reply until the next day. Still, there was actually not much that they could have done apart from giving us another room with slightly less noise. It is not directly the hotel's fault, but it was the worst night I have had in the last years.
