Very nice stuff friendly very good service.

Prima locatie, goede bedden, nette badkamer.

De houding van de eigenaren naar een Arabisch stel met kind dat genegeerd werd en uiteindelijk op een onfatsoenlijke manier werd weggestuurd, ondanks dat wij aangaven dat zij eerder aan de beurt waren en wij verbijsterd waren door hun reactie. Kan echt niet, stuitten ons echt tegen de borst! Heeft mede beslist dat wij eerder zijn vertrokken…

Small decent room in the center of Kaprun. 3* not more. Nice atmosphere in the breakfast room. Safe parking with access control.

The furniture, rugs, towels worned out. A very noisy group of young tourists staying in the same hotel (~10-12 German speakers) drinked, eat and laughed very loudly until 1 a.m. in the parking, under our window.

everything was great especially the lady on the reception she was very kind and helpful the room is spacious and clean the view was amazing

the only thing is that they took our portable bidet and they said that it’ll ruin their wooden floor

booking through booking.com. half pension was not readily available during the booking process. I plan to stay there again next time but I will contact the hotel directly.
