Room booked did not reflect the photos on booking.com We were given different room which smelled very bad . After we asked for another room we were given different room but very dirty , hair in the bathroom, dirty bath , dust everywhere, we only slept but not able to take bath or shower. We did try to speak to a manager but he/she was not available for all 3 days of our stay. With the COVID restrictions they had in La Paz and cleaning guidances it was very bad that the room was dirty. The reception staff was not helpful and very rude to us . Would not recommend the hotel and would not stay there again. Pity as we thought MELIA hotels are very nice . Big disappointment. Not sure how the hotel is managed without management available to help customers.

The people!!! The wonderful manager and her great staff were just too good! Such nice and warm people. Especially the gentlman who worked the day shifts on the 7-8.10. The hotel!! Very clean, nice, great location. The experience was just exceptional!!! You made my visit to La paz unforgetable!
