Comfy beds, nice view of the river, very clean and pleasant interior

We booked a room with 1 bed, 1 double bed, 1 sofa and a river view. We stayed in room where there was only 1 double bed and no view of the river. The lady at the reception was very rude and refused to consider my complaint. When I told her that I would write a complaint to Booking.com, she canceled my reservation. I had to pay her in cash because the reservation no longer existed. The room was very, very cold because the air conditioner was working at maximum (maybe even several days before our arrival).

The location is in a quaiet area close to a small water flowwing that is very nice to hear it if you dinner on the restaurant terrace. The food is very good and a good variety. Attention to details , good breakfast make it a place to choose it again if.return.

What a great little Hotel professionally run and had everything we needed

The shower - sounds stage but omg the shower was one of the modern push button ones - it was really good The view from the hotel and the large opening windows gave the room fresh air Had all the facilities and exceeded my expectations

Location, service, parking , restaurant.
