Lage, Zimmer, Freundliches Personal inklusive Chef,

bis auf eine Kleinigkeit wir waren 2 Paare und hatten vorgebucht 2 DZ nebeneinander ein Zimmer im 1. Stock und ein Zimmer im 3. Stock haben wir bekommen.

"Beautiful place in the beautiful scenic location"

The hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The location was also very Good, right next to the Cricket Ground and a 7-minute drive to Velden centre and Casino Velden.

Wifi wasn't great, especially in the room. Even while sitting in the lobby or in the breakfast area, it was very slow or keep on disconnecting. The coffee could have been a bit better.

"Excellent hotel with super friendly staff, highly recommend and look forward to returning."

Great atmosphere, fantastic location, staff were excellent (an extra thank you to the gentleman with silver/grey hair who was always so helpful and lovely).

No air conditioning. Otherwise was excellent.
