Localização. O prédio tem uma boa estrutura, mas fica por aí.

O apartamento estava sujo e é “mal cuidado”. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi péssima.

Higiene do quarto, lençóis e cobertas limpas, além da cama confortável. Anfitrião sempre disponibiliza água, café e chá como cortesia. Recomendo. Foi minha segunda estadia no quarto.

Apenas uma sugestão. Se possível, ter no quarto duas taças para consumo de vinho (descartáveis mesmo). No demais, excelente acomodação.
