Atendimento da equipe de funcionários e recepção. Gerência e funcionários prestativos e muito cordiais. Localização e acesso. Espaço dos quartos e dos corredores. Vista ampla para a rua dos quartos frontais. Café da manhã simples, mas honesto.

Acomodações modestas, mobília regular, arquitetura antiga e desgastada. Reformas modestas, conservação ineficiente. Portas de correr e persianas da varanda não fecham direito, as trancas estão desgastadas e empenadas.
