Tolles Design, außergewöhnliche Zimmergröße, freundliches und kompetentes Personal, allerbestes Frühstück und die Möglichkeit in den Genuss von Fine Dining zu gelangen. Die Nähe zum See und die Möglichkeit zu Massagen, Wellness und Yoga.

Kleine Kritik am Rande - es war uns nicht klar, warum man Brot aus München bezieht, obwohl es sicher auch in der Region gute Bäcker gibt.

O hotel pertence a um chef renomado com 3 restaurantes na região, dois dos quais no hotel. Os pratos fazem jus a fama, tudo que comi era excelente e memorável. O quarto com vista para o lago era imenso, ainda que com layout engraçado. O spa do hotel é liberado, basta pedir na recepção para ligar.

Eu esperava um atendimento mais atencioso por parte do hotel, nada foi explicado na chegada sobre funcionamento do hotel, do spa, ou sobre a cidade, o cartão da cidade, dicas, restaurante.. Nem todas as pessoas falam inglês na cidade, mas mesmo sem falar alemão é bem tranquilo de se virar, porém a experiência poderia ter sido melhor com um atendimento mais atencioso por parte do hotel.
