"Great hotel overall services clumsy"

All in great

Reception not staffed to check out when we traveled , told to wait .. etc Overall relaxed a bit too much eg a kid next table holding a video conference loud an speakerphone and no staff reaction nobody cares for other 15 guests around then at dinner

Die Zimmer waren echt Top und die Lage sowieso, nur über die Straße und schon beim Sessellift.

Kein Abendbuffet, 3Gerichte ( Fleisch, Fisch, Vegetarisch) zur Auswahl, beim Frühstück war das Personal schlichtweg überfordert Kaffee und Eigerichte müsste man bestellen, aber bis der Kaffee kam war man mit dem Frühstück schon fast fertig, sonst Frühstücksbuffet in Ordnung. Für den Preis hätte ich mir da mehr erwartet.

Proximity of ski slopes, sauna was great, we could park the car at the hotel before we checked in and leave it there after check out. Welcome drink was a nice touch. Room was spacious. Badrobe and towels available for sauna. Staff was nice. We could enter our room prior check in time.

Food was pretty mediocre, especially vegan option but they had plant based milk. Tv was really small. Ski room didn’t have locker for ski equipment.

Die Lage ist toll und das Essen sehr gut. Das Personal äußerst freundlich, wenn auch nicht immer sehr aufmerksam (Frühstücksbuffet..)

Es gab keinen Parkplatz, nur eine zahlungspflichtige Garage um einen stolzen Preis. Parkplatz auf gut Glück! Einige Gäste benehmen sich nicht einem 4 Stern Hotel entsprechend (lautes Telefonieren beim Abendessen und lautes Schnäuzen in die Stoffserviette! Nicht Einhaltung des Handyverbots im Ruhebereich der Sauna)
